You can't pick and chose what body you want.
you have the body you have- with the bones you have.
You can improve and work on the one you have- and build a body based off the FRAMEWORK you have currently- some people will NEVER have a big butt and thick thighs- their body just isn't genetically conducive to it- you can build a better butt- and more muscular legs- or not- but you can't change the frame you are born with ultimately.0 -

So you don't want thick thighs as a goal? I am so confused now.
So you either don't know what you want, or you're just playing with people.
I'm not playing it's just i cant explain it
I think I know what your goal is. Why don't you try using photos to explain what you want.
ok

Well, just by reading the links, she probably did some sort of a squat challenge.
If you think you have fat to lose, try a moderate calorie deficit (0.5lbs to 1lb per week, 250-500cals under maintenance calories) and some form of resistance training. Good programs that will give you a lot of bang for your buck would be New Rules of Lifting for Women (especially good if you don't have much weight training background) or Strong Lifts 5x5.

Post pics of yourself. Posting pics of others is useless.
It's getting to be close to troll status0 -

well.
I'll throw out at least 4-5 to get you started
squat
deadlift
bench
over head press
rows
pull ups
wait- that's six isn't it.
oh well- there you go.
get thee to a gym and start working out THEN come back and ask more questions.0 -

ExRx.net will help you out. Honestly, it gives information on lifting, beginner workout programs, exercises along with how to do them and what muscles they work.

Yes. And so will a simple internet search for New Rules of Lifting, Stronglifts 5x5, Starting Strength, or even just beginner weight training programs. Follow a program since you're new to all of this and you will see results.0 -

Awesome!
There is a group here dedicated to that program.
it's called "Stronglifts 5x5 for Women"
I suggest you head over to the groups and look for it.
Read through the threads they have and ask plenty of questions if the directions confuse you - but the creators of the group have done a great job of simplifying the instructions0 -
