-Finish T25
-Run two 5K's
-Train for a Triathlon that's in September.0 -
i plan on losing the 15 pounds i have gained in the last year and possibly another 10 pounds with it. i am going to eat right and exercise, I am starting now, not waiting for the new year.0

1) get back to pre-pregnancy weight (preferably by my baby's 1st birthday on May 1st)
2) remember to wear my new Fitbit every day, and don't chuck it in the laundry basket!
3) improve my 5K running time

6) find a new job0 -
Floss my teeth more often
Pay down credit card debt
Lose 30 pounds (then re-evaluate my goals)0 -
I'm turning 40 in April, and I want to weigh less and have less body fat than I did when I turned 39. So my goal is to be below 214 and 27.5% (April, 2014), which was lower than April, 2013.
I'd also like to run 40 miles in timed events. I'm signed up for a half marathon in February so that's 13.1 toward my goal already that I've registered for already.0 -
Forgot to add
-Will donate blood 5 times this year0 -

Oh, new job is a good one. But I tend to go back and forth on this one. I hate job hunting.0
