"I can't afford to eat healthy/health food is SO expensive". This gets me every time. Rubbish--just eat LESS than you used to; that always costs less money.

    Agreed!

Well, the OP suggested "Dr. Oz said..." and while I mostly agree I would like to suggest an exception for when that phrase is followed by "the dumbest thing about..." - because I really like to read when people are making fun of something ridiculous that Dr. Oz said. Because he is ridiculous.

Once upon a time I saw a play about scientists researching menstruation (not the weirdest play I've seen, or even close) and the program had a bunch of euphemisms used in various times and places. My favorites were "the English have arrived" and "there are Communists in the funhouse." (TOM requires less explanation, though.)

    LOL!

    You're "faceless," also.

Yes, and so am I. I'm not too concerned about losing any credibility on these boards, merely due to the fact that I decide not to show my abs.

    Well said.

    Lets go to McDonalds.

I went last night. The double quarter pounder with cheese fit nicely into my daily macros.

The free large fry they gave me for being so slow, however...put me 300 or so calories over my limit. Will I gain five pounds???

    Paleo
    Crossfit
And my brother and his friends says this and I have no effing clue what it means but they keep saying brotien. Quite annoying -_-

I've never heard of brotein...but I like it! I will now define it as taking a buddy to chipotle. Or perhaps it could describe post-workout steaks shared with a friend, as well.

the only thing I can't stand is when someone, not necessarily on here, but in general, asks how you lost the weight when they realize you look a lot different. I want to sarcastically say I punched it in the face and it ran away.

    "cheat day"

I love being mindful though, not banning that one!

"___ is the devil" is a really good one.
I do disagree with a lot of these though, ESPECIALLY the one about people being "back on MFP". Just because someone doesn't do it first time around doesn't mean they don't deserve to be back here again having another try!

    "Diet"

It's a lifestyle change people! Not a temporary endeavor.

Sigh!, a diet can be a lifestyle, it doesn't have to be temporary. Look up diet in the dictionary!
