Hey all...
I have ALOT of weight to get rid of also.. Would love some buddies to help make the process easier and more enjoyable... Have tried in the past and just never stuck with It, lost motivation I think because of having no one to do it with...

I started my new diet on January 1. I weigh 380 lbs, and I want to lose 180+ lbs. I would really like to get back to my High School weight of 185, so I'm looking at losing almost 200 lbs.0

Keep it up. Don't quit and don't get discouraged if you have a bad food day. Log it all, EVERY BITE! Started at 340, am 284, will get to 220! you can too!!!0

I weigh 255 lbs and my goal is 176, which I think is a realistic goal, but my ultimate goal would be around 132 - 154 lbs. But we'll see how it goes. I started on yesterday, January 5th 2015. You're welcome to add me and join me on this journey0
