Not a long amount of time, but seeing a difference in 10 days has definitely boosted me to keep going, knowing that my body has already started changing. You can do it!0 -
First was from around early 2013 I think. I honestly I am not entirely sure exactly what I weighed at the time. when i first signed up for MFP in 2012 i weighed in at 304. I got serious about my fitness on Feb 2014 and it's almost been a year for me, I have lost about 89 lbs so far. I'm 5'7".0 -
Just wanted to say, the best advice I can offer......make working out and healthy eating a normal part of your routine, just like brushing your teeth. It's just something you do. Find something you enjoy doing for exercise, let music motivate you. As for food, BE PREPARED. Prep snacks and meals and leave room for treats too. I eat chocolate every night and never really feel deprived as I enjoy a nice lunch out every week. Also NO EXCUSES. For me personally, if I give myself an inch I take a mile....so I am very hard on myself when it comes to excuses. If I can't do an actual workout, I will be extra busy and active that day to make up for it.0
