    I would like to join. My issue is good specifically sweets and bad carbs.
    Just for 1/12/15 I will keep my carbs , cal and sugar in my goal range
    Get my 30 min of exercise in: spin or T 25 as weather is bad and won't b getting to gym.
    Plan my dinner

    I am eager to join this group. I have resolved to eat healthy and avoid junk today :-) hope this group helps and motivates me !!

    This looks nice so I'm jumping in, better late than never:)

    Just for today I will:
    1. Drink more water and less coffee
    2. Go for a walk no matter what the temperature is

    1. I won't worry about what I eat, but will log it.
    2. I will only step on the scale in the morning... Done
    3. I will take a walk and use the stairs at least once during the day today.

    Been absent for a week or more, and really missing this thread. Hope to get to know some of the new people who are enjoying it too!

    Just for today 1/12/15:
    1. crosstrainer today, 30 minute minimum
    2. under calorie goal
    3. Keep it simple! Do the next right thing!

    1. I will weigh only once a week
    2. Start the week right, for me, wash clothes & clean house.
    3. Listen to music, not the tv.
    4. Fill a pitcher with water & ice, set it on my counter & when I walk by, take a drink.
    5. Get busy now

    Yesterday, 1/11
    1. Drink MORE water. This is my hardest thing to remember to do! :\ Didn't do so well here.
    2. Do Ellipitical! We are getting freezing rain, so no walking today. But it is warm enough, that the room where my ellipitical is should be about freezing! :):) Went walking - no freezing rain, just a light drizzle. Just carried my umbrella - felt so good to get out!
    3. Log everything I eat :)
    4. Brush teeth in the evening to stop the eating! :'( Forgot to do this, but did OK with evening eating. Stayed busy.



    Just for today, 1/12
    1. DO not weigh myself every morning. I think this is discouraging me. Limit weigh-in until saturday.
    2. Think positive. Concentrate not on the scale, but on healthy eating.
    3. Water Water Water!!
    4. Walk tonite, or do ellipitical for 20 minutes

    I made that same commitment about weighing. I have been finding myself weighing every morning, only to get discouraged!!
    I also found listening to music at night is much better that TV. I do this while sewing, which keeps me out of the kitchen.
    Great idea about a pitcher of water and ice! I will try this also.

    I had a great day, planning each day helps. It occurred to me how much negative feedback we give our self each day. So just for today, my positive is: You're o.k.

    3. Don't let the scale effect me! (I've been trying to weigh myself NOT MORE THAN 3 days a week)

    Just for today 1/13:
    1) yoga
    2) eat breakfast
    3) out for lunch; make wise choice
    4) cook something healthy for dinner
    5) avoid breads and wine
    6) eat by 7:30
    7) log what I eat

    Did everything but surprise surprise my carbs/ sugars. Tomorrow will b better. I did T25 Beta ripped and walked out I cold and snow. And will spin for min of 30 min tonight too. Expecting more snow I guess so may need to exercise at home again
