    20 mins of cardio on treadmill :)

    im doing well with the challenges, have only missed one so far:)
    did 40mins cardio + 20mins resistance training yesterday, felt fantastic afterwards:)
    and ate an apple today:) it wasnt very nice but i ate the whole thing anyway lol

    hope everyone else is doing well with the challenges

    completed yesterday's cardio challenge by doing 60 minutes of zumba wii (what can I say? once I got started, I couldn't stop)

    I'll be able to do the fruit challenge with no problem!

    did 45 minutes cardio and lifted weights yesterday (since could not on Tuesday due to work schedule). already ate a banana today!

    Wednesday's Challenge met- did over an hour of cardio yesterday (lots of walking in the hospital with my VERY pregnant sister!)
    Thursday's challenge- eating my pear right now:wink:

    geez, the highest level I ever did was 13 and its for no more than 10 minutes. You Rock!

    So far I have had a Fruit and Yogurt Parfait and Oatmeal from McDonalds. Not sure if that would count as One serving or Two since there are Apples and Raisens in the Oatmeal?

    Completed Wednesday's challenge: Ran with my sister and then did what feels like a million laps up and down my stairs carrying things to my garage for a sale.

    I made it my personal goal to do 5 workouts a week. Since I have alot of muscle mass already I have decided to concentrate on Mostly Cardio. Monday, Tuesday and today I did Yoga Booty Ballet...I LOVE it! So much fun and it's all core work with cardio! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO TEAM Aqua!
