    You are a bombshell!

    merci! :blushing:

You look amazing, how many calories you had per day, while lifting?

Not bulky at all, you are being too hard on yourself. Keep it up

I'm so motivated. Hats off to all of you who persevered and lost fat and gained POWER.

ETA: Any thoughts of treadmills and small pink hand weights should be left at the door on your way into this thread.

I'm continually amazed at how people who lift heavy can completely not only slim down but change their shape completely.

I wish I had a bum that went UP and OUT instead of just middle aged spread!

Please remind me again how lifting is going to make me bulky..... (cuz a coworker reminded me of such yesterday).

Thanks so much for this thread! I am starting next week- have a trainer. A competitive female lifter, so I know I am in good hands. Can't wait until I can share my results. Keep them coming ladies!

Nice work! I think the problem is just a lack of understanding. Women can't get huge like a guy due to lacking a lot of testosterone and their overall muscle structure. To get huge, you'd need some type of drug.
