I don't really eat tuna much anymore, but I used to eat it with melted cheddar cheese on top or mixed in.

I do tuna, red onion, cucumber, tomato and a tiny bit of mayo and mix it all together. It's something my parents used to make me when I was little. It's amazing in a toasted pitta and really filling!

I make the Skinny Mom Tuna Salad w Avocado and nonfat greek yogurt. It's pretty tasty as a sandwich or a lettuce wrap!

Kraft tangy Mayo 97%fat free, and only 17 calories per serving. So I have about 3 or 4 servings with two eggs and chopped cucumber. That's lunch for two days. 185g of tuna by the way. With one slice of wholemeal bread. So yum.

The one I did this week had tuna, tomato, red onion, avocado, beetroot, sweetcorn, shallots(think that's all ) popped it into a tortilla wrap with light bit of BBQ sauce. Had it on honey and spelt bread too and was lovely.

I like it as a wrap filling made of (non fat) Greek yogurt, lemon juice, diced 1/2 apple, onions, carrot bits, and sunflower seeds. Wrap in romaine leaves or on salad greens in a whole wheat tortilla.
