Brilliant, so my calorie burn is based on logging exercises on MVP, started the programme properly on Tuesday and I must say my calorie burn is pretty shameful but hey, gotta start somewhere right?here goes....

Starting Monday I would love a total weekly burn of 2500, better get a move on!No reason to be embarrassed at all. I did not reach my 2500 goal last week. If I were not doing this challenge I would not be pushing myself and of course my new FitBit helps too. I just added calorie burn to the challenge this year.
944 for a newbie is awesome! You will be surprised how easy it is to burn 2500 cal when you are keeping track of it.
