    Yesterday, Feb 1st
    1. Drink water - minimum of 8 glasses :\
    2. Drink water in the evenings, as this is my hardest time :\
    3. Focus on the positive, not the negative. 2 years ago I was close to 220 lbs. :)
    4. Go for a walk, or if snowing, get on my ellipitical. :\


    NOT the best weekend for me - I got my walking in saturday, but sunday was a gloomy, rainy day, and I hate to admit it, but totally fell off the program. Ate too much while watching the superbowl. But, today is a new day

    Just for today, 2/2
    1. It is very cold out today, 17 degrees. But later today, get on the ellipitical for minimum of 30 minutes. Even though it is cold, no excuses
    2. Log everything I eat, even if I go over
    3. Drink more water, especially in the evenings when I tend to want to graze more.

    I love this......this is exactly what I need!

    Just For Today, Fed 2nd:

    1. Log everything, no matter the end result
    2. Get my water in, goal is 12 cups
    3. No work snacking, always have some sort of food

    Have 194 pounds to lose as my ultimate goal, would like to lose 20 this month. Would love some friends for the journey (daily and long term).

    Just for today Monday Feb 2nd
    1. I would like to keep my snacks under control at night.
    2. Not eat after 8pm (goes with #1)
    3. Get meals organized for the week.
    4. Already worked out this morning!
    5. Have a happy attitude. :smile:

    Feb 1 I achieved my calorie goals and exercise goals. Feb 2 weigh-in: no change, but I measured my body fat for the first time in a couple of weeks and it shows a definite change. I'm never quite sure about the body fat because I feel like it's a bit subjective about how I put the tape around my belly and what my posture is. I'm thinking about buying the Aria scale. Any thoughts?

    Getting on the elliptical didn't hurt my foot. In fact, walking Saturday, elliptical Sunday, an no added foot pain. Feeling pretty good about that! I can back into the swing of things. I overate yesterday....Superbowl and all. But I logged it all, so that is a step in the right direction.

    Just for Today 02/02:
    1. log everything I eat
    2. do 10 minutes of positive meditation

    Today is my 12 hour work day, so I'm not going to push myself on doing too much. I'm barely awake right now and still have 11 hours to go...

    I'm in, goals for February:
    1) log all food daily
    2) up and out by 5, run 5/7 days per week
    3) bark less smile more

    Sounds great.

    Today i got up and worked out. Logged my breakfast. And on to work to be good.

    I started in January at 192, as of 2-1 i am at 184. Very happy, hoping to lose another 8-10 lbs this month. But one day at a time. Today ill be good.

    Just for today I will concentrate on relaxing my shoulders! I will also stop stressing about all of the crap I ate yesterday at the Superbowl Party... Woohoo Patriots! Superbowl Champs!

    Feel like crap today with a combo sinus and tension headache, so just for today i will only be focusing on staying under my calories goal with healthy food choices, and hitting my step goal. I can do this!

    Concentrate on logging every single thing I eat and drink!

    J42day I will:
    - not have sugar at chorus rehearsal tonight (ugh - hardest time of week to avoid sugar!)
    - drink at least 6 of water

    cauliflower bites sounds delis
    They were so easy...but took a long time in the oven. I just used some Mrs. Dash spices and coconut oil and let them roast in the over for 45 minutes!

    February 2nd JFT :) - Worked out for 35 minutes even though I really really didn't feel like it.

    Early day today, did not get time to visit til now. I'm doing pretty well staying calm during the early February work craziness.

    Taking time to post tomorrows goals now before I forget.

    Just for Today February 3

    1. log or at least write down everything I eat
    2. Keep water at my desk and be sure to keep drinking
    3. Take time to enjoy the moment and see the humor at work, even if the stress level is increasing. I've survived this before, I can do it again.

    4. work out (about to do that!)

    Just for today I will NOT drink any wine. Empty calories, ruins fat metabolism and makes me feel like crap!!!
