How are all of you recording your squats for the challenge? Squat is on the exercise database, but when I try to enter/select it, it says that exercise doesn't exist.0

How are all of you recording your squats for the challenge? Squat is on the exercise database, but when I try to enter/select it, it says that exercise doesn't exist.
Since it only takes a minute to do them, I'm not entering anything. I only enter activity that lasts 20 minutes or more, though. Calorie burn will be negligible on this challenge but will be great for the leg muscles.

tmaryam.. Dont give up! Space out the squats thru your entire day. One here, one there.. theyll add up! And as another member mentioned, you will slowly build up strength. Ive done my first 15 for today, now I will finish up the last 15 between now and bed. Good luck to everyone starting and those moving along : )0

So just found out about this. Starting late on this challenge, Day 3 of February, but I'll make up those two days in March 1 and 2. I've been looking for a good squat routine and this challenge sounds great! Thanks for sharing0

Beginner squats
I have read some of the posts and since I am a newbie to this challenge I am spacing my reps throughout the day at 10 squats per rep. I want to be able to walk after this.
2/01 20 reps
2/02 30 reps

I did Day 2 today, 30 reps....divided into 2 sets of 15.0
