    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did 3 miles on my HIIT DVD
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goal? exercise and keep tracking all food
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? No
    Mood today? :| A little tired today.

    Sun- Skiing downhill 60 min. Just went to get our season pass and locker ready and a few runs in. It was cold 15F.
    Mon - Walking w/Leslie Sasone HIIT - 3 miles - 47 min.

    What is today's personal goals? to feel better. had upset stomach all day.

    Mood today? blah... didn't feel good... step count suffered for it too, sigh.

    THANKS all for the well wishes for my dad. He can't do any more chemo sessions because his platelet and hemoglobin levels have dropped too much - so he will miss the last two treatments, but they say the radiation is more important anyhow and he will continue those through next week. So it is scary that he can't finish the chemo but also good that hopefully he won't be feeling as bad. He has to have a blood transfusion today to try to improve his lab numbers. That too should hopefully help him get more energy back. He is getting close - just a week and a half left of radiation. The good news is that the tumor in his neck is gone at least to the touch, won't know if it is completely gone (and gone from the lymph nodes too) until they do another pet scan. But hopefully the treatments will have done their job!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? tracked my food!

    What is today's personal goals? to pass my kidney stone of 3-4 ml.

    Mood today? felt great yesterday but, last night went to emergency room for a kidney stone.

    MJohnson - Years ago I had a kidney stone and had to have it blasted. It was in a place
    - that it wouldn't come down to get rid of it. Very painful. I hope you feel better soon. <3

    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) it had been a while since I had a piroshky
    Mood today? I have been running more and walking less in my interval runs but today I was just in the mood to run.

    my DH.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? got at some more recipes for my binders.

    What is today's personal goal? Was supposed to go to Yoga class but blizzard hit and couldn't get out of my driveway, so no Yoga. :(

    Mood today? hopeful - it's been a very rough week, my dad (who is being treated with radiation and chemo for throat cancer) is in the hospital with pneumonia - very scary, but is slowly improving ... so hopefully will continue to get better.
