Well, I'm the first to give out! Began Stronglifts 5x5 yesterday and did squats with the 45 lb barbell and couldn't make it through all the body weight squats today because of OMG SORE muscles. Hahaha!
I think I'll be good after the rest day tomorrow, though.0 -

I'm done with days 1-7. Still got to do day 8. If you're having trouble, just do 5 or 10 at a time and then do more later in the day. Focus on doing them right, not on doing them fast. Also if you have bad knees, do not go past thighs parallel to the floor and be sure your knees don't go past your toes. The idea is to get more fit, not to hurt yourself.0 -
I'm a newbie to MFP and just found this challenge a couple days ago. I'm in for this! Started Feb 6 so on Day 3 now. I forgot it was a rest day so did 20 squats before realizing it. Can't hurt, right? Looking forward to this exciting challenge!0
