Struggles or successes of your week: Started feeling hunger this week. I have figured out that sometimes it is really thirst - so it's led me to increase water consumption. Workouts have been good; I hope next week is as good as this week - I'm almost right on goal.

Struggles or successes of your week: Last week I got food poisoning, so I think my weight loss was overstated because I wasn't eating properly. This week I stayed on track...but I blew it yesterday for Valentine's Day! On the plus side, I had a great day, I'm owing the gain, and now I'm getting back on track today by sticking to my intake goals and getting my butt to the gym!
I've also been adding friends through MFP and fitbit (which I hadn't really done before), and I've found the motivation I've been getting from these people has been invaluable. If anyone is looking for friends to keep motivated, please feel free to add me!0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: Knew I'd go up from being ill last week. Glad it wasn't by a lot. Going to have to up my game this week though. Went a little overboard yesterday. Had a T-Bone steak, lots of wine, lots of other booze, lots of chocolate, and doughnuts. Didn't bother logging most of it because I have no clue how much I ate or what brands or anything. Apparently didn't go as overboard as I though I did though. Happy for that.

Struggles or successes of your week: Having not eaten fast food in ages, my husband and I made a McD's Valentine's date, only to feel sick immediately after eating our grease-laden meal. So ends my love affair with the filet-o-fish. I skipped my weight workouts this week, but I felt I needed a little break. Excited to try out water exercises this week to add some variety to my routine.0 -

Struggles of your week: Honestly suprised at the scale this morning. Cause I drank a lot last night and even got the drunkies. Not to mention I didn't exercise yesterday either. I do need to stop munching in the middle of the night when I stay up late.
Successes of your week: I've been able to go pretty hard with my workouts and not be so sore the next day that I can't do it again.

Really wanted a fudged brownie - walked around the grocery store twice trying to find just 1. If I'm going to cheat, I refuse to have more temptation. Couldn't find it. Ate two slices of cheese instead. Not a great substitute.0
