    MFP squat challenge (Beginner Squats)

    Wow, didn't think I could do this, still going strong.
    Now doing it without the chair.

    2/01 20 reps
    2/02 30 reps
    2/03 rest day
    2/04 20 reps
    2/05 30 reps
    2/06 40 reps
    2/07 rest day
    2/08 30 reps
    2/09 40 reps
    2/10 rest day
    2/11 30 reps
    2/12 40 reps
    2/13 50 reps - The 50 reps were a killer. Still sore today. :(
    2/14 rest day - Happy Valentines day
    2/15 20 reps
    2/16 30 reps

    I started two days ago. I'm replacing half of the squats with decline squats and upping the reps.

    Great job, Shirley! Keep it up, everyone! Done through day 19 all reps each day. I goofed on day 17 and didn't realize it was a rest day until after I'd already done 20 reps. :smiley:
