C25K week2 day3 done, i think i might have to do week 2 again as i don't think i can do week 3 yet. I just about got though this week.
stay on each week as long as you need to feel comfortable. i stayed on week one for 4 weeks and week four for 4 weeks and week six for 2 weeks. for me, the nine week program turned into sixteen. lol. but before my surgery, i was up to running nine miles and loving it. take it slow.0 -

Hi, My name is Barb and I am getting in late on this but definitely need the challenge. I work long hours so I don't get a lot of fun time. But I'm loving gardening right now and I like to Bike. I do try to get to the gym 5 days a week. Anyway I would like to lose 15 lbs. People will see my weight and say " she must be anorexic" No...I'm just really short!! and overweight.

I already donate monthly to a charity that implements programs in developing countries, focusing on childhood development (education, health, safety, etc.) with an emphasis on community engagement and ownership.0 -
I am really nervous about my weigh in tomorrow. I can see a gain coming, even though I have been working hard, my diet has been iffy. I haven't totally blown the calories, but what I have been eating is affecting me. I guess I will take the ups with the downs, but I am worried.
I did make a donation (in food, not cash) to my local food bank this week. I live in a rural area and it is one of the few charitable organizations with an office in the area. It is always in need of donations and it feels good knowing I am helping. Thanks for the challenge!0 -

For the prior weeks challenge, i gave up ketchup, which i did pretty good on...only had a tsp with my eggs one day! I have my TOM and had to spend Tues home with a sick baby....i must have ate all the chocolate left in the house...i am talking bunnies, mini ice cream cones (3 of them), reeses PB cups!! i had a serious sweet attack ...i was afraid to even weigh in on Wednesday, I was going to skip the whole week! I sucked it up this morning and weighed in tho and to my surprise i am down 1.8!!! YAY to my lowest weight YET!!! 136.2!! only 4.7 lbs to GO!! to meet goal challenge :happy:
For this weeks challenge I donated to March of Dimes....i sponsored one of the girls in my office ...my daughter was a preemie and was well taken care of ...so I love this charity!
