Pastries were a big one for me. Hard working in a place where there is seemingly a birthday every other day and a very enthusiastic group of community bakers

I find on days I stay off grains and sodium, I do a lot better. I can't go without meat at all, and sugar really makes me crave more carbs the rest of the day. Something like celery with sunflower butter is my perfect food, good carbs, good fats, and protein. Also getting enough protein is really hard, but that helps too.

It's a good question. If I cut out some Diet Cokes and drink more water, I lose weight. Same with bread. I think the more bread I eat, the hungrier I am.

Diet soda. That was the first step. Then fast food. After that, I started working out, which changed my outlook on food. I started viewing it as fuel for my body instead of it being for pleasure, comfort, or reward. Eating is still enjoyable, just in a different and healthier way.
