I saw earlier you have someone the advice to make short term goals. COULDNT AGREE MORE!! When I was 193 my short term goal was to get into the 180's, I hit that & my next short term goal was to be in the 170's & so on. I love success stories & thank you so much for sharing yours. It's so important to keep each other inspired! :-)

Wow you said you did 1200 cal a day ! That's so good. ThTs what I'm doing and it seems so hard. As a women how do you not have your " cravings for Chocolate " ?0

I no nutritionist, but I would say 1600-1800 calories and try to remain in the deficit. I'm beginning a cut cycle because in the past, I was far to concerned with bulking up. I'm 6'1 and currently 260 lbs and looking to be a solid 205 lbs
Good work! @jdevergillo70 -

Oh I do! I'm currently eating gelato..Talenti brand is amazing!!! The key is portion control...the container has 4 servings and I make sure I make it last 4-6 times! That means more days for icecream anyways!0 -
I am 5'6" as well, and 157 lbs, but have at least another 22 lbs to go, maybe more. Do you lift heavy? I still look so...out of shape. I do run, do dance class, and do machine weights, but I think I need to start looking at heavier weights? I pretty much lost a lot of my definition after I had ruptured rotator cuff (surgery and over 1+ years of PT) and was on bedrest for my youngest son (who is now one).0
