    thanks so much 1stPaul~ i'm sorry to hear you lost two kitty babies within a month. my heart couldn't have taken that. so far no new kitty babies for us. just not ready. we do still have a jack russell that keeps us busy right now. he's 12 yrs old. he's helping with the healing process.

    how's your dad doing? hope he's continuing to do well.


    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? yes, i stayed within goals except for sugar count yesterday... today i will stay within my goals after my exercise is logged.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? walking/ yoga...

    What is today's personal goals? walk 15k steps and do my stronglifts 5x5...

    Mood today? looking forward to lunch with a dear friend.

    What is today's personal goals? stay under calorie goal, WATER already went for my interval run

    Mood today? Confused :o the job I interviewed for wasn't the one I had been told about yet I did great at the interview. It is much better in some ways but not permanent so now I have to really do some thinking since I have semi long-term employment some of it not as well paying. Hmmmmm.

    We are going on Day 4 without running water, but the Town is coming today to fix the problem. Fingers crossed.

    The good news is we have water today after being without for 5 days.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Back to Yoga class and it felt good
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Keep on track back to South Beach to get vacation weight off. I will weigh in tomorrow is see how it is going.

    Mood today? :D Water is fixed and back to normal again :D

    I got on the scale this morning and gained 4.2 lb. from vacation. I did lose 8 lb. before vacation so I have some work to do. My goal is to get down to 160 by the summer.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Cleaning day and more laundry to do
    What would I have done differently? Would have done more cardio but have to
    get caught up after being away.

    Mood today? :D turning the clocks ahead on the weekend and more light at night.

    Shirley, glad you have water! I gained a bit this week but am already starting down again.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went out for BBQ for my birthday and didn't have any carbs during dinner to save some for cake. This place had lots of veggies.

    Mood today? recovering from a busy week

    It has not been a good start to my weight loss since I got home from vacation.
    I am hoping this week will be better.

    What would I have done differently. Went out with friends for drinks and a meeting
    and ended up eating chicken wings, coconut shrimp and chips with dip. :s

    Mood today? :| So so, frustrated at yesterday's eating.

    I have been told I will be getting a job offer next week. It is only for 6-9 months and I will have to give up one of my two jobs. It is well paid and in my field so both jobs will be in my field if this all goes through but neither steady. I will make more than I have been making this past year so it should give me time and experience to get the next position. So it will be harder to get on here but I am determined to lose weight in the next 6 months. Hope to work my you know what off in every sense of the word.
