    Yesterday was surprisingly productive. Didn't get great sleep though.

    Just for today 3/10:
    Stay calm
    Track everything
    Speedwork day for training (if work allows)

    Sort-of, kind-of on track again, though I am still sick and not as strong as usual.

    Monday:
    1. 10,000 steps :( did't quite get there even though I felt like I did a lot of activity...digging in the garden doesn't end up being that many steps
    2. Get outside and enjoy the sun (gardening) :) 2 HOURS
    3. Work on cooking/meal planning for the next few days :)

    Tuesday:
    1. 10,000 steps
    2. Dance! A little! Slowly!
    3. Eat well, stay under 100G carbs

    This thread is awesome - great idea!

    Just for today 3/10 I will...
    -Log everything I eat. (yes, that tiny square of chocolate counts.)
    -As soon as I get home from work I will workout.
    -I will also ignore the girl scout cookies in my freezer.

    I'll start small. Just for today, I will include 25g dietary fiber in my food plan.

    Yesterday was a success for me which felt really good after my calorie filled weekend. So just for today 3/10
    1) 80 oz water
    2) 30 mins cardio
    3) stay in calorie goal
    4) no snacking after dinner

    Just for today:
    1. Sing to the radio really loud! :p
    2. Eat more protein.
    3. Watch the fat, switched to fat free half/half in the coffee today. Small steps.

    Wednesday's goals
    - push self to max poss at bootcamp (with whatever lung capacity I have with remnants of cold)
    - make sensible food choices during day as am out with nieces then out for thai meal with friend. I may go over usual limit. And it doesn't need to be by a lot. My choice.

    Today I didn't even get to post my goals b/c I was out earlier than usual.
    Looking forward to checking in tomorrow am. It'll keep me mindful.

    1. Stick to 1200 calories :smile:
    2. Do 1 hour and 15 min of exercise :smile:
    3. Finish bible study homework :smile:
    4. Invite kids to go for a walk with me :smile:

    Just for today (Wednesday March 11)
    1. Plan ahead, log everything and stick to 1200 calories
    2. Go for a long walk outside. At least an hour.

    Just for tomorrow - Wednesday 03/11:
    1) I won't eat the food that is left behind in their plate by my kids.
    2) won't do taste testing while cooking.
    3) try to jog for at least 20 mins on the treadmill.

    I will bring appropriate snacks with me when I'm out and about
    I will fulfill my commitment to exercise
    I will understand that I can't eat like ( fill in the blank - my husband, child, etc)
