    Hi I'm in, I have been an overweight all my life but now I wanna change that and be serious about my health. :)

    Starting weight: 72kg
    12 week goal weight: 60kg
    Physical goal: to be able to run for a long period of time without being tired or without stopping.
    Nutrition goal: to stop consuming a lot of sugar and limit myself to unhealthy food.

    Starting weight 225:
    Physical Goal: Hit a 6 pack by end of competition
    Nutrition Goal: 6 full healthy meals per day. Allow one cheat meal per week after first 2 weeks!

    Plan to welcome p90x3, gym and bike riding!

    Starting weight: 211.6 lbs
    12 week goal weight: 194 lbs
    Physical Goal: lose 2 dress sizes (fit comfortably in size 12)
    Nutritional Goal: adhere to a 40/30/30 split and get in more protein

    I really want to be part of this challenge I started working out almost 3 months ago and I've lost 30 pounds already and prior to that I didn't know about this app until 4 hours ago can you make an exception

    Happy Monday Everyone! I am really excited about this group.

    I like to use music for inspiration and I picked this from one of my workout playlists for motivation for the week. Hope others will share their "theme songs" - Given that this will be lifetime commitment to change, I am gonna need to expand my playlists!
