Hi I'm in, I have been an overweight all my life but now I wanna change that and be serious about my health.
Starting weight: 72kg
12 week goal weight: 60kg
Physical goal: to be able to run for a long period of time without being tired or without stopping.
Nutrition goal: to stop consuming a lot of sugar and limit myself to unhealthy food.0 -

I like to use music for inspiration and I picked this from one of my workout playlists for motivation for the week. Hope others will share their "theme songs" - Given that this will be lifetime commitment to change, I am gonna need to expand my playlists!
