    Physical Goal: run 1/2 marathon; complete level 1 of New Rules for Lifting
    Nutritional Goal: limit caffeine intake to 1 per week

    Great idea!

    Starting Weight - 150
    12 Week Goal Weight - 135
    Physical Goal - Be comfortable in a bikini, just in time for my birthday and vacation to Disneyland. Also, be able to squat two plates!
    Nutritional Goal - Hit my macros dead on every single day (minus cheat meal). Also, drink a gallon of water every single day!!!

    Nutritional goal - try and cut down on my addiction of cheese and chocolate.
    Physical goal - train 4 x a weel and be able to complete at least 2 pull ups!

    Nutritional Goal: NO CARBS!!!!!! Lots of fruit, veggies, protein, and water!

    Physical goal: To run a 5k, and do my workouts daily.
    Nutritional goal: plan out my low carb meals by portion for the week, log into MFP daily from this day foreward!
  • Some encouragement I found online today. We're through day three and should have worked the junk food/whatnot out of our systems, and soon the excitement of a new lifestyle will (may already) challenge us as our bodies fight to resist the changes....keep your heads up!!

    I'm a little late seeing this but I actually started last week.
    Starting weight: 150
    12 week goal: 130
    Physical goal: be able to run a 5k and not be afraid of a two piece
    Nutritional goal: overall healthier eating, less soft drinks and fast food
