Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.
Here is the daily update format.

Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)

i am in ..... did a challenge not that long ago like this and burned more than 4000 so i would like make mine between 3500 and 7000. ' as long as you dont mind me changing my cals burned amount
nearing the end of a bet with my hubby so i am in high gear for the next 11 days!0 -

I'm in! This sounds like a really great challenge. I averaged about 1500 calories burned/week in the last 5 weeks...so, for this week I will set a goal of 2500 calories. Yikes! Hope I can do it.
Weekly Goal: 2500

Looking forward to this challenge again! Boredom and knowing I would be JUST under my goal for the week, made me throw in an extra workout to get myself over. So I think I need this again for sure!0

I'm in again! It definitely pushes me to make sure I get my burn in! Since I had over 3500 by thursday this week, I think I'll bump my personal goal up to 4000!0

I am in for trying this but I am not really sure how much I normally burn. I will set my goal low for this week and try to reach 3500 cals in a week.0

I've been out for a few weeks, but back in it this week. Last week I burned about 6000 calories, but this weekend I'm going away so I'll set my goal for 4500.0

Thank you very much for driving this challenge every week. It has kept me motivated and accountable. It has definitely made me wake up early in the morning to hit the gym even if I feel sleepy. : ). I just finished my second week and I exceeded my calorie burn target again. So I am upping my target this week to 4,000.
