    1) Look forward to my 15 anniversary it is this Tuesday. YEAH
    2) Smile all day and enjoy life! Sounds corny but true...
    3) I asked for a WII U for my anniversary and got it -- finish setting up and play!

    Good morning everyone. I walked four miles yesterday, and ate within plan, logging everything I ate. I weighed myself this morning and the scale did not budge from last week. I'm trying not to be discouraged.
    Anyway
    Just for today I will:
    -log everything I eat
    -walk four miles
    -stay within my calorie limit
    Have a wonderful Saturday everyone!

    1. log everything (even whatever I eat at the Sultan Bakery, one of Maxim Magazine's Top 10 places to have breakfast in America, and it just happens to be 4 blocks from my house)
    2. keep control of the weekend attitude

    4. water, water, water (always a struggle on weekends, although I might drink enough during the week to compensate. I stop logging at 10 cups, but I know I drink more.

    1. 13,000 steps :D
    2. survive Zumba :D
    3. stay under 100 carbs :)

    Whoops! I forgot to set Thursday goals. Good news is that I am ONE POUND AWAY FROM 90 POUNDS LOSS!

    Friday:
    1. 10,000 steps
    2. rest and try to get over cold
    3. work on healthy cooking/meal prep

    Long day at work yesterday and almost as long today. So here is my Saturday/Sunday combined post

    3. Smile. Do not take myself too seriously.

    Just for today. I"ll go easy on myself. I'll post a reply here. I haven't done my treadmill for 4 days now. That's ok. Tomorrow/sunday is a new day.
