    I did quite a bit today. Gym: 1 mile on treadmill, 45 min weights/calisthenics/lunges, 2 miles elliptical. Outdoors: 35 min bike ride along the river. Probably gonna be sore tomorrow.

    RIPPED class at my local Y for an hour! Internet says the class burns 750-1000 calories per class, but I called BS on that and put in 600. Even that seems ridiculous...

    I am late getting onboard with this program, but I started Body Revolution. This evening after work I will do the assigned workout (30 mins) and then take my furkid walking for 30+ mins.

    P90 Sweat B and Ab Ripper B. B is way harder than A in my opinion! I feel like I run out of energy part way through it, but I like that I'm sweating more than with A.

    Yesterday: 5km rowing, 45 min weight training (shoulder/chest press, bicep curls, lat pull down, low row, leg curl, something else I forget), 30 minutes lap swimming.

    Today: 3km rowing, 15 minutes treadmill (4.1MPH @ 11.5% incline), 5 minutes treadmill (3.2MPH @ 4%).
