I did quite a bit today. Gym: 1 mile on treadmill, 45 min weights/calisthenics/lunges, 2 miles elliptical. Outdoors: 35 min bike ride along the river. Probably gonna be sore tomorrow.

P90 Sweat B and Ab Ripper B. B is way harder than A in my opinion! I feel like I run out of energy part way through it, but I like that I'm sweating more than with A.0

Yesterday: 5km rowing, 45 min weight training (shoulder/chest press, bicep curls, lat pull down, low row, leg curl, something else I forget), 30 minutes lap swimming.
Today: 3km rowing, 15 minutes treadmill (4.1MPH @ 11.5% incline), 5 minutes treadmill (3.2MPH @ 4%).0 -
