    Successes/struggles this week: Doing okay so far this week, but I'm having a dinner party tomorrow and I know I'm going to struggle not to over-indulge. I'm going to work out in the morning, though! Working out helps me to stay on track usually, and if I do over-indulge a bit, at least I'll have a small calorie buffer.

    Struggles or successes of your week: My plan is to keep hitting my calorie goal every day, keep drinking water, and keep exercising at least 4-5 times per week. We always have a crawfish boil Easter Saturday with family and friends. My struggle for the week will be to stay disciplined and not go too crazy.

    I started MFP (again) on January 4th this year at 311 lbs. I have lost 50 lbs. so far, but I think I have hit my first plateau. Just gotta fight through it and not get discouraged.

    I have had many problems with binge eating, emotional eating. I've gained weight that I've lost in the past and I need to find it in me to be healthy and happy again. I honestly feel like I need some support and help from this community because I see a lot of amazing people here. I wish everyone luck and good health on their journey and the challenge his month.

    Successes/struggles this week: Last month I was pretty rubbish, as I gave up after a perfect week gave me a gain of 3lb.
    In retrospect, it was probably just water - but it's properly stay-on lard now due to just giving up and continuing overeating - dumdum that I was! So this time around I'm not looking for perfection - just a bit of consistency and progress should even out for the month. That's the plan that is!

    Down 17lbs in 45day. Meal prepping helps. Started restricting carbs to as close to 60grams a day as possible this week. Struggle is not eating enough.. Im not making my calories and not drinking enough water.
