    5 mile walk early this morning and will be going another 4 miles this evening.

    lower body and shoulders with weights (new kettlebell!) followed by 30 minutes on the elliptical

    Awesome this thread has continued to grow.. I did a 2 mile sprint followed by a 5 mile walk. Will hit the gym later.. maybe :dizzy:

    22.70mi long run @ Very slow/easy glacial pace (low 9s). Bad headwind :/

    7.5 hours of cleaning cages, sweeping and mopping floors, lifting trash containers and cage parts, cleaning and a whole lot of walking. To be followed this evening by a 90 minute martial arts class. :)

    60 minutes on the treadmill alternating between 1 minute at 4.5kph to 3 minutes at 10.kph
    Resistance band exercises and chasing the kids around the park

    Today I did some extra to compensate for Easter supper: 50 min brisk hike in snowy woods with my dog plus 40 min kickboxing (two of Jillian's fast fix routines).

    75min yoga class today because the gym was closed for Easter. Tomorrow doing shoulders.

    about 100 minutes biking-with 24 year old son-on our mountain bikes on a trail with too much soft sand. It was great to be riding outside at home. My legs and lower back were sore after and a soak with epsom salts felt great.
