The skin in your profile picture is very nearly orange. I don't think you're in the position to be passing judgement.
WTF @thisdizzy_dreamer???? Are you saying i wear fake tan or something? Never have used it and never will. I live in Australia, don't need it Take a chill pill little girl
People are ridiculous on these fourms lmao.
Yeah that one took me aback a little... I should post a pic of my orange oompa loompa niece lol I have told her on many occasions she looks silly, but she continues to trowel on that orange shite!!!
Oh and I must remember to speak to my professional photographer, his lighting must be off :ohwell:
This is all assuming that's what little munchkin above was talking about???0 -

I actually don't have broad shoulders or ribcages, I'm small up top, a lot of my weight is on my butt and hips lower Tummy. Don't make assumptions about someone's body, not everyone with the same height and weight look the same. Obviously, I won't look exactly like them I didn't think I'd ever have to state the obvious, no shyt. Some people on these forums are wack. Note to self... Be more politically correct, be specific, be literal smh.
What's so mind boggling about people wanting to be more curvy now? What's not to get about that? Why are you thinking so hard.
Amber, Selena Jlo Kim are hot the *kitten* you angry about chill old lady damn.Oh, FFS.
Girl, you are NOT going to look like a person in a magazine. Ever. Because it's all photoshop.
5'2"? I'm 5'6" and 145 was my "I'm too fat to let this continue" weight.
You very likely have broader shoulders and ribcage than I. But, still.....why look like a vacuous twit like Amber Rose or Kim K? Why not look like yourself, but healthy and vibrant for your own loved ones?
I am old and just don't GET this BS.
Oh, honey. this old lady pats you on the head and graciously moves on.
But, if you aspire to "hot" trash, you go. LOL. The point remains. Don't stay fat and unfit to look like what's in. Get strong, get smart, and join the rest of the best women in laughing at Amber Rose and all of the Kardashians. Nobody cares what you weigh. Start thinking about what you can do rather than what you look like.-1 -

Maybe ten more pounds? I'm scared to lose my butt and boobs.
Plus I'm having a hard time losing anymore weight

Oh sugar, did I say I aspire to be trash tho? Because I like a certain body type means I aspire to be trashy?. I've stated in this thread that I'd like to go down to 130. " be smart" but you sound stupid as *kitten*.-4 -

Do you have pictures? I'd like to see how that looks .
See, I like the way your waist is small and your hips and butt pop. You don't even look 175, esp being only 5'1. Good work.
I'm going to waist train, this belly ruins everything.
Waist train???
Yeah apparently it works I was skeptical but a lot of girls are getting results.
I want a belly gone, and just tone up my arms. I like everything else.

GIRL LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, I WAS RAISED IN SOUTH GA SO PARDON ME FOR MY BLUNTNESS, MY INTENTION IS NOT TO BE RUDE IN ANY WAY. I JUST STARTED MY 6MTH EVALUATION PERIOD BEFORE BARIATRIC SURGERY, I AM 5' 4' AND I STARTED AT 426 POUNDS, I AM NOW 393, AND FEEL GREAT ABOUT MY PROGRESS. I KNOW I HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO BUT MY GOAL WEIGHT IS 150 LBS AND I WOULD LITERALLY KILL TO BE 140. I KNOW I WILL NEVER BE THAT SMALL AGAIN BUT WHEN I GO BELOW 200 LBS I WILL FEEL LIKE I AM A DIFFERENT PERSON. DONT MISUNDERSTAND ME THOUGH WHEN I GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL IN A....WELL A LONG TIME AGO I WAS 138 LBS. BUT I HAVE BEEN OVER WEIGHT 99% OF MY LIFE, AND EVEN WHEN I WAS THAT WEIGHT I FELF OVER WEIGHT BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR ENTIRE MIND SET. I HAD TO GO THROUGH MANY YEARS OF GAINING WEIGHT A LITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL I GOT THIS WAY, AND IT TOOK THAT FOR ME TO REALIZE THAT 138 LBS WAS NOT FAT.....SCREW WHAT SOCIETY OR ANYONE ELSE THINKS. You know what, yes you shouldn't let society tell you what's beautiful and what's not, but when you see and hear the same thing over and over again it's like you get brainwashed and you start to believe it, especially when you're younger. I know girls who are my height 5'2 and no more then 110 pounds who are trying to gain weight. There's this girl on YouTube who was 98 pounds and got on a " weight gain" journey....She's now 170 ish. Weird how things switched up.

I remember back in the 70s, and again in the 90s, the look was to be nearly emaciated.

Wow. Really? What does it matter if she has fake boobs? And I see curves, she might not be as "curvy" as some other people, but she's got them.
I don't agree with what was said about your skin but I think this is also just as negative to point out as you did.

Fads change. Lose the weight. Buy a push up bra. I know how you feel. I lost my boobs too. Went from a healthy C to a barely B LOL. But the trade off of being able to fit into smaller sized clothes is definitely worth it0

Maybe curvy looks different to different people. To me, curvy is the classic hourglass shape and decent size boobs. Maybe Elle McPherson back in her hay day.
The girl in the picture has no definable waist that I can see anyway.
As for the negative point. ... Wrestler girl will never read my remark. If she was a real life poster here, I wouldn't have said anything

You never know.
But more likely than that particular girl being here, there are a lot of other women here, many of whom might look like or want to look like her. My personal policy is not to make negative comments about other women's bodies. I think it encourages women to tear each other down instead of supporting each other.0 -

So it makes it okay to down on another person's body as long as they aren't actively involved in the convo? Not saying it's wrong to not prefer a certain body type or for it to not be your ideal goal, but there is a difference between that and being ugly about it, as well as looking down on that person's preferences and hard work. Just because that person isn't in here, doesn't mean that someone with similar goals or body type doesn't use these boards.

If you are concerned about losing volume in your breasts, don't go under 140. I am 5'3" and went from 190 to 120 (over the course of a few years). I literally had skin bags which is NOT attractive. I resorted to. . . ahem. . . artificial volume to correct the problem. Having surgery is not much fun and nothing beats real ones!0

Wait...what did I miss here? Christine called someone "not curvy" and is now getting slammed? I just had three glasses of wine so sorry if I missed something.0

On the other hand, I'm 5'4" and went from 170 to 122-123 and mine are fine. Proportionately they're bigger than they were before-- I went from a 36C to a 32D.
It's going to vary from person to person based on a lot of factors (mostly genetics).0 -

True true. I went from 163 to 133, 34 B to 32 B, and mine look funny as hell right now.

I believe it was "all I see is zero curves and fake boobs."
Which isn't really body shaming territory or anything but it certainly doesn't come across as positive.0 -

Yeah pretty much. Someone posted a pic of a wrestler woman describing her as curvy. I said I don't see any curves, just fake boobs and no shape, I think.... cant recall.
And here we are about to go round and round on the merry go round!
I still stand by my opinion. I can't exactly back peddle or apologise to this woman....

TOTALLY EVERYONE SHOULD CHOOSE THEIR HEALTH PATH BASED ON WHICH ATTENTION STARVED INDIVIDUALS ARE CURRENTLY ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE NEWSPAPER CHECKOUT MAGAZINES.
Also, once you hit 30 or so, start shopping for icebergs, so you and your old *kitten* can float out to sea to die with some dignity.-3 -

I'm legitimately curious-- why do you think what the other poster said about your skin tone is different than what you said about the wrestler? Just because the wrestler isn't here to read it? That's really not me trying to be argumentative (and I'm sorry if you think I'm jumping on you because that's not my intention) that's me really not understanding or seeing any difference whatsoever.
eta: FTR I think the skin comment was uncalled for and out of line.0 -

nah it was just a little... harsh. But she's correct the woman does not appear to be "curvey" in the more traditional sense.
But I pointed this out when the original "orange" attack comment was made. apparently glossed over... but that was unquestionably way out of line.0
