I went back and reviewed my previous weeks and most of the time I burn between 1500-2000 cals a week. I don't want to give my body too much of a shock since I have a vascular tumor in my leg and I am not suppose to OVER exercise. 3000 sounds like a good starting place for this week.0 -

I'm in, this would be great to keep me motivated to get the exercise in. i'm averaging 4600 calories in a good week so i am going to try and push it to 5000calories a week. if i get over 4500 every week though i will be happy.
