    Weight lost/gained this week: +0.2
    Weight lost/gained this month: -2.8

Successes/struggles this week: I'm going to attribute this slight gain to the loooong walk I took yesterday at Longwood Gardens. A friend and I spent about 4 hours of almost non-stop walking; leislurely pace, yes, but at the end of the day, my legs were tired! Yesterday morning I was at 176.6, which I think is more accurate, but overall I'm still pleased.

Successes/struggles this week: Ok, so the numbers look terrible, but technically I am at 155 again today; I guess I have dropped holiday weight and I am basically maintaining...

Successess/struggles this week: Forgot to post last week so here it is. I was afraid the initial loss was water weight so I'll be anxious to see this week. I got in 5 total workouts last week between bootcamp and running but still having the latenight munchie issues, especially the sweets. The financial issue is still effecting my grocery choices at this time so I am trying my best to continue to eat clean.

    Successes/struggles this week:
I splurged on last Friday for my birthday, and my weight shot back up. Whether or not it was sodium and water weight, it doesn't matter, because it took forever to leave. Been eating at ~1,000 until my weight dropped again.

Finals week is next week and I'm already mentally preparing myself that I will stress eat a little and beating myself up over it will only make things 100x worse.

Had a decent loss and hoping I can keep that up while I got away this weekend. I've planned lots of healthy snacks for the road since that's where I eat the worst! Hoping to get in a workout too, but we'll see. It's the home stretch! Just gotta buckle down and try to get to my goal!

Successes/struggles this week: Successes - losing inches even if the scale is moving slowly. Struggles - thinking it's okay to "cheat" on the weekend. I was 203.4 last Friday. Frustrated that I won't make it to my goal!

ETA - I just looked at my measurements from 3 years ago when I was 10 pounds lighter. My inches are very close to being the same! (My waist is the only one that is higher - my chest and hips are the same! So it looks like I'm on a better track this time around with toning. It makes me happy and I certainly don't want to give up even though the scale is higher

Successes/struggles this week: Keepin' on keepin' on.
Successes - Scale didn't budge this week, and I am not freaking out. (Success!) It's a pattern for me: I hold steady - then 'whoosh,' I drop several pounds. (I used to think that each new low weight was a blip, and that the scale would go back up, but no... So, yeah. Success!) I definitely see other changes - and I really like what I'm seeing - so I am quite happy.
Struggles – Pain in my hip means I need to take a couple of rest days. That's a struggle for me: I love getting out there with my pup!

I still think it is hilarious that after 35 pounds no one has noticed that I have lost weight. I guess what it actually means is that no one had really noticed that I had gained weight!!!

Successes/struggles this week: Some serious stomach ache/heartburn issues that have had me knocking back all the alka seltzer in the world for about four or five days. I've seen my weight fluctuate wildly day to day (I like to record every morning - I'm one of those people who really likes spreadsheets), way more than it ever has done. Sticking as much to exercise as I can, while listening to my body tell me it really doesn't want to do those Pilates today. I don't think I'll make my May 1st goal, but if I can get a pound or two closer to it by month end I'll be thrilled!

    Weight lost/gained this week: - 2lb
    Weight lost/gained this month: - 8lb

Successes/struggles this week: Really happy with another loss this week - never had a consistent weekly loss and ate over 1200 cals before. Bonus being having enough energy for some exercise which I'm sure's made the difference. / TOM next week and feeling hungry all the time! So just want get through the week without scoffing too much and not stressing about the inevitable water weight.
