My goal is around 1,400. Why should I eat 2,000?
Are you saying that someone can eat more calories on a low fat/low sugar diet? If so, please share specifics. You are basing this opinion on something. What are you basing it on?

First of all, 2 weeks is not an appropriate amount of time to judge weight loss in the form of fat.
Water weight, sure. If you eat high carbs, then cut out the carbs, you could lose upwards of 20lbs in 2 weeks, but it'll be 95% water.
Then suddenly switch back to high carbs and you'll put all of the weight back on.
That happened to me when I first attempted the elimination diet (to attempt to discover food sensitivities - not weight related).
Besides, one person testing one theory is not science.
Please post scientific evidence to back up your theory, otherwise I'll have to continue to state that you are full of crap.0 -

I've been eating around 2000. Some weeks I eat really low sugar, other weeks I don't.
