Struggles this week: I was pmsing like crazy. As in I started crying because my brand of oats are no longer being made wheat free and I didn't want to eat my husband's nutty museli kind of pmsing. It was bad. I ate a lot. I cried a lot. Made for a fun week.
Successes:
I got down to 96.0 on Tuesday this week- my first 10 kgs. Pretty big moment. Did the calculations and that's a change from a BMI of 38.9 to 35.3 and it's over 20% of my weight loss goal. I may not have gotten very far with it this month, but lets not forget where I was 5 months ago.
I've also noticed that my extra chins are nearly gone and even after this awful week- I've only put on 100 g since Tuesday, that's nothing. Onward to my next 10!

Successes/struggles this week: Took a couple of rest days, for the pain in my hip, but am back at it now.
Successes - Not 'this week' specific, but... since January, I have lost a total of 18-inches-and-a-bit across the 8 pints I measure! (Dude.)
Struggles – It's been a really busy week. While I am still getting my exercise in, there hasn't been much me-time left over; there have been a couple of days where I have ended up at 9 pm in the borderline zone of getting the MFP 'you may not be eating enough' message... (Who knew that would bug me so much?!?)

Calories lost, eating within my calorie range, increase in RMR (metabolism), drinking more water, completing 1 week of Focus T25, eating without overindulging with sodium esp since I like pumpkin seeds with the shell, carbs, and sugar. Struggles : abs interval with T25 and not completely following along without doing the modifiers. Meeting my goal for the month.

Successes/struggles this week 3: I'm a bit late posting this (almost a week) even though it was another loss I still feel like I'm loosing ground. Strange sensation really. I feel heavier than when I started this journey though I'm 2 stone lighter. I think I'm emotionally heavier. I've lost my sense of joy. It's time for a shake up. That is what May will be with the pool closing and no more swimming I'm going to have to re-jig my exercise routine and this amy be exactly what I need...... And an injection of excitement and joy I need some fun!!!
Successes/struggles this week 2: Still feeling similar to last week. I'm having great days in my weeks but also crappy terrible hard days (like today) I'm really struggling to stay within my calorie allocation for the day. I have really slipped on eating well instead I'm eating crappy food but little bits so this may account for my general feelings of BLAH.. Improvements need here, Back to salads and healthy choices and we may see improvements in how I feel overall. Still a loss so glad about that. Though If I eat like I have since I got on the scales I'm thinking I'll see that trend reverse. I need a bit of a push.. Someone to light a fire cracker under my (still far too large) butt.
Successes/struggles this week 1: Everything is a struggle. Everything.. I'm tired and headachey and over all that is ***** in my life and I just want off the merry-go-round. Seriously. I wish I knew what triggers these bouts of feeling so crappy. I physically feel crappy, like I'm getting sick but never quite am. When I feel good I feel great but when I feel bad I feel soooo bad. I'm tired of the struggle. I'm just tired full stop.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: YIPPEE!!! I reached my May 1st goal 2 days early. I didn't do anything special this week, yet the pounds literally fell off. The one major change is I, quite by accident, really curtailed my evening snack calories. I believe there were 3 evenings I had no evening snack and the rest of the evenings were probably under 150 calories in snacks. This wasn't done on purpose. I just didn't feel the desire to eat. I suspect that is the biggest success of the week.0 -
