Feeling great! Almost done all of Level 2, on the home stretch now with Level 3 starting on Monday! I'm scared!0
-
I forgot to post; L03D03 done.
Level 3 is rough; but Level 2 kicked my *kitten*!!! Appreciating this level!!0 -
L2D5 done, halfway there!0
-
L3D6 done. My knees are really achey. Can't wait to be done this program!0
-
Almost over my cold, so this morning I am getting back on track ( after a shopping trip for more dumbells )0
-
Oh, that may not have been my best idea ever. Almost threw up from coughing in that last ab set. But I did make it through L2D3 finally0
-
Throwing up is just pain leaving the body...or vomit leaving the body. One of those. :-x0

I did cardio 1 again as well. I am really enjoying that. I think I will continue that after I'm done the shred. I feel stronger than I was, but I haven't noticed anything else.0
-
L2D6 done. I've installed a countdown timer on my phone counting down to my husband birthday. We're talking about starting to try for another around that time but I'd like to be at least 1.5 stone lighter. It's quite motivating!0

I did L2D3 yesterday and forgot to post. Today I did Pilates. I find it relaxes me.
Seriously in just the 3 times I've done level 2 I've noticed significant improvement. The first time I did it it was almost impossible. Now I still get super tired but I can push through. There's a light at the end of the tunnel.0 -
I did Level 3 Day 1 yesterday and I loved it! Yes very sweaty but after Level 2 it was more enjoyable0
-
Finally finished L2 yesterday. So glad to be done with that level. Not exactly looking forward to L3 but I'm glad I'm moving on. So's the hubby; he quotes Jillian about getting motivated to go jean/bathing suit shopping and can even imitate her laugh. I think he's getting bored of hearing the same sayings over and over I have to jump back on the wagon, eating-wise. Lot's of emotional eating the past few days Get back up and dust yourself off, right?0
-
Halfway through level 2!! I can't wait to move on to next level. I'm sensing from other comments that level 3 is more enjoyable? That keeps me motivated0
-
Day 4 of level 1. This is my 2nd time around hopefully this time I can finish it. Overall great workout.0
-
Completed L2D10
-
L3D7 done! SO CLOSE!!0
-
@KingBoo10 thanks for the support. Good job you are almost at the finish line. Lmk your results.0
-
Forgot to post this; completed L03D06 yesterday. I just need to will my way through the remainder!! Uber excited to say Im completed this workout challenge!0
-
I'm really interested what you guys plan on doing next, you've got to keep it going now. I just decided to repeat on a 1, 2, 3 rotation, D 51 today L3 only 3 more rotations and I'll be 60 days shredded.
I have ripped in 30 ready to start when I'm done.0 -
L2D7 done. I keep changing my mind, but I might do couch to 5k next, alongside the strength exercises. I've only added a few of the exercises from level 2 to my little routine as I don't enjoy them as much!0
-
I think I will continue the cardio 1 with Jillian and also throw in her six pack abs workout. I haven't really enjoyed the thirty day shred (level 3 being my favourite), though. I think it's because of the repetition and watching Natalie cheat day in and day out ;-). I wonder if I started the shred a bit prematurely and, because of that, I don't see any real change in my body. Still have too much padding around the mid section! The cardio should help with the fat loss (along with my calorie deficit) and the toning will come from the abs workout.0
