    What is today's personal goals? to finish 2 mile walk in this morning's race and to walk for the March of Dimes cause, done...

    Mood today? bad grumpy this morning but after race and walking for March of Dimes my day was much better.

    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? Lay's pico de gallo potato chips and two different flavors of Emerald's Breakfast to go! (coffee house blends caramel macchiato & maple and brown sugar oatmeal nut blend)
    Mood today? this was the best day... bible study this morning, lunch with hubby, exercise, writer's group tonight...

    Mood today? I am sick due to lack of sleep the weekend before last when I took my Mom into the Emergency Room. I came home from work today at noon but have meetings tomorrow and Thursday.

    What would I have done differently? put my fitbit back on after I worked out. I probably came close to 10,000 yesterday.

    Hello ladies - I hope everyone is doing well. I'm maintaining. I've been doing more traveling for work so I haven't been checking in or exercising the way I should be. The past few Saturday's have been spent at dance competitions with my daughter. Another one Saturday and off again Sunday...

    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? been trying to do a chin up since Nov/ Dec and today i did it unassisted and with my own body weight...

    raiser and food was not great. Retaining sodium today.

    What is today's personal goals? Stay on track and focus on getting rid of water retention.

    Hi all, I haven't been on MFP again for a bit ... life is just too darn busy. I've been slowly losing a bit but stalled out the last week, have lost a bit of motivation and am out of my exercise routine - need to work on that.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? no, overate at dinner
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? eating all healthy foods - just too much
    What would I have done differently? exercise, not eaten as much for dinner

    Mood today? a bit frustrated with myself

    getting 10,000 steps pretty much everyday now. My Fit Bit did not sync with my MFP last night until I was
    ready for bed and then checked it. I guess that happens.

    @Shirley61 thanks. the fitbit certainly keeps me motivated. but, i love walking too. your step count is great... just keep up the hard work. as for the syncing problem it was between MFP & Fitbit. they just fixed the problem yesterday sometime. have a great night~

    Mood today? super... i was able to finish my c25k today and without stopping i jogged 17 min more... that's almost a mile and a half...
