    light Italian Flatout bread layered with refried beans, leftover chicken (chicken breast marinated in bbq sauce), spinach, yellow bell pepper, tomato, black olives, ranch dressing and hot sauce; vanilla Greek yogurt with honey almond granola added in. An epic meal :)
