The "only ten pounds" is incredibly encouraging! It shows what a difference can happen in just a month or two! The ones with 50/100+ are great too but the ten shows that beginning steps are still steps. Those steps really add up! Thanks for posting! I'm encouraged!1 -
I've had some ups and downs over the last 5 years, with some bouts of injury and depression and apathy in the mix. 5'5, currently about 140-ish and almost 43 years old.

I posted on this thread awhile back but thought I'd share an updated photo. The beginning was around 158-160 (though I started MFP closer to 163-165). I was sucking in so it's not a great before picture
Current is between 130-133. I'm recomping or at least taking a break if recomp isn't going to happen.

Over a year of hard work and I finally fit in a size that was meant for me. Size 14 then vs. 6 now. I'm totally in love with my new life.
