Today was gym day, and I never stay on one thing so bare with me whilst I remember! Haha
*5 mins on Rowing Machine
*17 mins on Elliptical
*30 kettlebell squats
*45 x inclined dumbbell press
*45 x low cable row
*10 x bicep curls
*5 mins spinning bike
*10 mins or so stair climber
*10 mins walking at 6km/h up hill on treadmill
*5 mins jogging at 8km/h on treadmill
*4 mins walking on treadmill
and a couple of other things that I don't even know the name of LOL0 -
Today was leg day:
seated leg press 10 reps at 270 lbs and 10 reps at 360 lbs
lying leg curl 3 sets of 20 reps at 50 lbs
rear squat for 20 reps at 155 lbs
deadlift 20 reps at 185 lbs and 4 reps at my new PR of 225 lbs
deep squats on bench with 50 lbs
30 single leg deadlifts with 25 lb kettlebell0 -

Today: 10km rowing
Finished the week just a less than 500m length short of 50km. Pretty good for cramming that in all during the workday.
This weekend I am taking off for a trip, so will start again on Monday.0 -

2h30-3h of cycling at 12-13 mph for the most part I believe (i don't have a tracker or anything but I go faster than a simple leisure pace). I went for a long ride in the neighbourhood town so it was very enjoyable at the same time, even though i worked my *kitten* off going up all those hills (both during the trip itself and on my way home). I'd say it still counts as a pretty decent exercice!0

Did a 45 min intense PT session mainly on legs and circuit for whole body workout! I was so out to of breath and shaking at the end of the session!
Then I worked out on my own on upper body and abs for about just over an hour!0 -
Last day of the International Aquatic Fitness Conference - Functional Aging, Special Populations, final bike ride and return.0

Four hours of hoof trimming. Two Belgians, a donkey, four goats and a pot bellied pig. This evening 1.5-2 hours of martial arts.

Heavy weights session early this morning, then a planned 5k speed walk on the treadmill turned into 7k. Afternoon spent carrying my 50lb+ of sick child around.
All in all, my legs ache this evening. Big time.0 -
Carrying my big double bass up and down subway stairs from NYC to NJ, playing a gig, and coming all the way back. I'm done.0

night shift rotation so after work did Margaret Richard Unplugged episode 2017 then woke up around 1 pm and finally did a yoga dvd I've had about a week but hadn't done - Element Daily Yoga- evening. nice and stretch/twisty and finally got back to sleep. rushed before work but did a 24 min walk outside using map my walk app on my phone0
