    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned) - 209- crap wogging! 27 mins
    Sat:calories burned (how they were burned) - 456 (more wogging)

    Mon: 475... walking crunches cleaning jumping jacks and jumping rope
    Tues: 0... had a migraine so got no workout in better luck today(wed 5-18)
    Wed: 389.... zumba jumping jacks jumping rope
    Thur: 1168... mowing cleaning jumping jacks jumping rope wii bowling zumba crunches
    Fri:654... cleaning walking and stairs
    Sat:414 mowing and cleaning

    had a bad week. migraine on tuesday just set it so i didnt get as much done as i wanted. not going to make my 7000 goal but i will get as close to it as i can today. lots to do more mowing and my house is a disaster. why do we let our kids have friends over?

    Question: How is everyone tracking there calories burns when it comes a dvd or zumba? I dont see in a option to select in the exercise tab and i dont want to be guessing my amount burned. Please help!!

    Tues: 587 calories burned (moving furniture)
    Wed: 82 calories burned (walking)
    Thur: 779 calories burned (running 2.5 miles and crunches)
    Fri: 500 calories burned (running)
    Sat:908 calories burned (running 5.5 miles )
    Sun:1,075 calories burned (running 6 miles )

    Total:4,377
    Left to go: 0 and I burned an extra 877 calories!!! Woo Hoo Ready for next weeks challenge!

    Amounts are approximate, from memory, but accurate within a few cal.

    Mon: 481 (1 hour aerobics - squats and lunges class)
    Tues: 562 (8.25km run)
    Wed: 460 (55 mins circuit training)
    Thur: 1020 (12 km run and walking with children)
    Fri: 0 (rest day)
    Sat: 562 (Interval running)
    Sun: 1030 (2 hours walking, 20 min cycle, 1 hour circuit training)

    Total:
    About 4300.

    So Fun! Thanks so much for hosting the challenge this week!

    I must say I finished day 2 of 30 Day Shred level 3 last night and I felt like I had been beat about the torso this morning! I am sooooo sore. Hopefully doing it again will take some of the soreness out, or maybe I'm just an idiot.

    Sun: 501 calories burned ---- run, squat, push up and sit ups

    Left to go: Over 55!

    I am so excited that I had 5 days over 500 calories! I even met my goal with having a rest day. I am all in for next week and will up my goal a little more.
