    Kettle bells, elliptical and I rode my recumbent bike until the counter reset... I also hung some shelves and cleaned house a bit. It all counts to me!

    Did my heavy day last night (9 rep week), because I was doing yard work on Monday and killed my arms. Probably doing more yard work tonight instead of going to the gym.

    I had a busy "fitness day". I hit the gym and did 40 minutes on the Octane (love that machine, so smooth and uses both arms and legs). Then on to the elliptical for 30 minutes. After leaving the gym I went to a local trail and walked the one mile length--it has lots of up and down hills and is very pretty.. Then at 6PM I got on my bike and rode 17 miles. It was a perfect evening to be out on the road.

    Full hour and a half of workout. 45 min walking, 15 on bike, 15 on stair climber and 15 jogging and walking together (trying to jog, LOL.)

    3 sets of squats to failure 8-15 reps, 3 sets of leg curls to failure 8-15 reps, 3 sets of standing calf raises to failure 8-15 reps. Walked on the treadmill for all of 6 min... I believe in less is more. :p
