Week 7, Day 2 of C25k0

I had a busy "fitness day". I hit the gym and did 40 minutes on the Octane (love that machine, so smooth and uses both arms and legs). Then on to the elliptical for 30 minutes. After leaving the gym I went to a local trail and walked the one mile length--it has lots of up and down hills and is very pretty.. Then at 6PM I got on my bike and rode 17 miles. It was a perfect evening to be out on the road.

Full hour and a half of workout. 45 min walking, 15 on bike, 15 on stair climber and 15 jogging and walking together (trying to jog, LOL.)0

3 sets of squats to failure 8-15 reps, 3 sets of leg curls to failure 8-15 reps, 3 sets of standing calf raises to failure 8-15 reps. Walked on the treadmill for all of 6 min... I believe in less is more.0

I decided to do some yard work while dinner was in the oven, so that was enough for me last night. Killed my knee and ankle stomping on the shovel, anyway. Tonight will be All Pro heavy day.0

By round 7 it was brutal

I started a River Boot Camp class yesterday, it is super intense, I love Aqua fitness classes even though a lot of the time I am the youngest in the class, if I see an older lady killing it it makes me push even harder! The class I go to is in an indoor lazy river, going to try another one tonight that is in an outdoor lazy river.0 -
