All new round with a few new faces, and a few old. If you want to JOIN, send me your current weight so I can add you to the list. This is a group of lovely gals, here to hold each other accountable, share our ups and downs, and advice based on our own experiences.

    Goals for the week:
    - keep going with TurboFire and do my best (just started last week so still taking it easy)
    - start incorporating P90X
    - drink 8 glasses of water a day or more
    - don't buy junk

    Do we weigh in every Monday, or how does this work?

    whew! what an awesome 10 weeks!

    What worked for you the last 10 weeks? eating healthy and long walks. :)

    What are you goals this round? would love to lose another 20-30 this round

    What are you going to do the same or change this time? I'm going to just keep trudging along. Going to try to avoid the pitfalls of summer fun which all seem to revolve around food. trying to change some of our outings into more healthy options. :)

    Arrrg! Forgot to send you my update because there was no change AGAIN. When you get the chance Rach put me on as 254. That's what I was when I last weighed in and will be weighing in on Friday.
    My goal overall is to step it up! The exercise and staying within/under my calories. I'm training for a 2 day 40 mile hike in October to benefit the leukemia and lymphoma society. I think this will kick my *kitten* into serious gear! Good luck lovelies!

    *I would like to reach my goal of 229 or less instead of just saying im gonna get into the 220s and not reach the goal!. lol
    *Drink plenty of water
    *Get some kind of movement in whether it be walking or working out.
    * And start watching my eating again.(Cause Ive been slipping on that)

    I am feeling good about this round! I disappeared for a few weeks in the last one, but I am on track! My goals are to bust into the 230's and get to the high 220's! =D And to run longer! Be more conscience then the last round and kick bootay!
