    Thank you Rach for keeping this going! You're awesome! This round I need to stick to it, I was doing good and then I gained it all back...so this round my goal is to keep losing weight and KEEP IT OFF!!! :happy:

    Goals this week: Stay under my calorie count EVERY DAY, drink more water (not doing so well on that today), and hit it hard every day!!! :D

    Hi everyone, we did really well last round - over 300 pounds lost ... that's a whole, um, well I don't know what it is, but it is a great achievement by the group.

    - What worked for you the last 10 weeks?
    Consistency - logging every day, even when I ate out and ate too much.
    And keeping moving - walking when I couldn't run, but having some rest days too.
    Not giving up everything, or letting calories go too low. Having wine and chocolate, but only a little bit and only some days.

    - What are your goals this round?
    To lose 5.5 kg (about 11 pounds) to get me to 72kg. This might end up being my maintenance weight, although BMI says I should weight less, I'm not convinced.

    - What are you going to do the same or change this time?
    Keep eating well, but focus on healthy snacks. I'm starting to train for a 12kg run, so I want to pay attention to what I'm eating to get enough calories without resorting to too much chocolate or wine!

    Rach: I LOVE your charting skills. I kind of felt like the last 10 weeks was kind of "meh" for me but I averaged a 0.8 pound a week loss which really isn't bad! I wouldn't know that if it wasn't for your chart!

    What worked for me in the last challenge: LOGGING my food, especially on the weekends!!!

    What are my goals for the new challenge: I think I'll shoot for the same rate of weight loss for this challenge as I can't seem to up my losses no matter what I do. So my goal is to lose 8 pounds and get down to 190. My other goal is to not die when I start Insanity Asylum next week.
