Just for today. .. I will
#1. Walk 3 of my dogs
#2 Log all of my food & drink
#3 Work hard to drink at least 32 oz of water (I never drink water )
#4 Do yoga before bed, including my shoulder exercises

Just for today... I will....
1. Stay within my calories but eat enough so I don't get that pesky "bad things will happen to you message".
2. Walk for 45 minutes with at least one 30 minute full walk.
3. Plan my meals for the next week and do the shopping list.0 -
@kwfitgal - the gardening and dog walking did not go so good yesterday....I did get 3 items cleaned out of cupboard though and got to enjoy watching my son get in our swimming pool for the 1st time this summer. He is always the 1st to break it in. The water was 69 degree but he was a trooper.

3.) Weed around my flower bed tonight
4.) Take dog for walk after work
5.) Use up 2 items out of cupboard to start getting rid of too much food in pantry. I tend to over buy & then do not know what is in there.
Glad to see you back Ruby. I am trying to also follow your #1 goal. I have been really struggling myself, and today I did so much better, and it feels wonderful! We can do this!!! You are NOT going to fail!! You are already a success!0 -

JFT - find a walking trail and get my steps in.
Yesterday I was in the car for a 9 hr drive to visit our son. I only got in 7375 steps. And I had to jog around his family room last night just to get those.
JFT - also stay below my maintenance calories. I was over 89 calories yesterday. If only I had not had that Mic Ultra!!!0 -

JFT, i will:
1: not beat myself up for eating 7 almonds in the middle of the night when i woke up hungry
2: take a long bicycle ride and not eat back all the calories used
3: come back here tonight (when i have more time) and support others
4: eat less fruit than i did yesterday (even too much fructose makes me cranky, such a PITA)
