Leftover roasted cauliflower seared in a pan with some romano cheese topped with a runny egg and some scallions. Wasn't the prettiest dish, but it was delicious!0

Last thing I drank: Green smoothie - Kale, Spinach, half an orange, pineapple, half a banana, and protein powder.
Why - because I'm obsessed with green smoothies for breakfast!0 -
For lunch - Sliced Deli Turkey, Carrots & Celery w/ a wedge of Lauging Cow Cheese, an individual bag of Ritz toasted chip, blueberries and a individual bag of animal crackers0

Also tuna salad made w/Miracle Whip, Horseradish mustard, dill pickles on a small roll with some green cabbage for crunch. I ran out of lettuce.0 -
