I just finished up lunch. 4 oz grilled chicken breast (chili pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt&pepper for seasoning) with 0.5 cup of sauteed diced squash. Delish. Now I'm drinking a Crushing Cookies 'N Creme Pro Series Muscle Milk for "dessert."0
