Breakfast burrito (Hot)- Sauteed spinach, tomatoes, pepper, scrambled eggs & turkey bacon.
Safood cocktail wrap- prawns (shrimp) & crab sticks (Imitation crab) mixed with a little low fat mayo, tomato ketchup, a pinch of cayenne pepper & a squeexe of lemon with fresh parsley, shredded lettuce, cucumber sticks & scallions.
Pizza wrap (Hot)- Tomato sauce, shredded low fat mozarella cheese, peppers, mushrooms, low fat ham (or turkey bacon, turkey pepperoni) & herbs.

ahhh wraps! today i had jenni-o extra lean turkey breast that i cut up and weighed out (you can get 4oz for 100 calories) with fat free ranch, romaine lettuce, sliced cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese. yummy this comes to a total of 310 calories for 2 wraps.0

I love wraps, especially since I discovered the chipotle wraps at the store! Today's wrap was shrimp, mixed baby greens and creamy poppyseed dressing. I also like, for a hot wrap, Uncle Ben's Spanish style rice, black beans and sour cream.0
