I started this past Wednesday. Took a rest day yesterday. Unfortunately I didn't take pics or measurements (I was just excited that I felt good enough to get some exercise in beyond walking my dogs, and jumped right in), but I've noticed huge differences in the way that my body feels already. I will have to get that stuff done today!

Does anyone do it twice in one day to make the thirty days shorter?

I have been doing the ripped in 30 days did for 3 weeks. I'm on level 3. I stayed on level 1 for two weeks and then went on to week two and three, spending a week on those. I am going to do week three again this week. I am not ready to try level 4!!

My favourite part of 30 day shred is when Jillian says "stay on the floor" LOL it's hard going but I do feel good when I've finished it. Please feel free to add me.

I'm doing it, but sadly because of shoulder stability issues and needing to give my muscles time to get stronger, I'm only doing it every other day. I'm on Level 1 Day 5 now. Tomorrow with be Day 6.
